Hi, I’m Nelle.
After losing 8 stone — partly with the support of weight-loss injections — I retrained as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist to help women navigate the phase no one really talks about: what happens after the weight comes off.
I’ve now been off GLP-1 medication for over a year and maintain my weight without fear, restriction, or starting over. No extremes. No constant tracking panic. Just sustainable habits that fit real life.
Today, I help other women do the same — rebuilding trust with their bodies, creating strength and confidence, and learning how to live after weight loss with clarity and control.
